• Graphic Design degree or diploma
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role or internship (Recent graduates welcome)
• Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop (Mac-based environment)
• Web design knowledge
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and time-management skills
• Fluent grasp of the English language in speech and writing

Useful Skills But Not Required:

• The ability to illustrate/draw
• Package design
• Lightroom and photography experience

We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our team who has enthusiasm and a drive to build the territory

Full-Time Permanent Position - with 75% on road travel often requiring hotel accommodation

The sales territory is Manitoba, Saskatchewan and a portion of Northern Ontario. Any candidates would need to live in the Thunder Bay/Winnipeg area in order to travel within the sales territory.

The qualified candidate must have:

• Minimum 5 years Powersports Parts and Accessories experience (required) (ATV, Snowmobile & Motorcycle)
• Relevant experience in sales management, ideally as a territory manager
• Sales and negotiation experience in a B2B setting
• Strong people skills
• Planning and organizational skills
• Long term customer relationship management experience
• The ability to travel, plan travel and strong time management skills
• Intermediate computer skills, Word, Excel, Customer Relations Management System

Duties:

• Issue Purchase Orders
• Monitor all back orders to ensure product is shipped or cancelled from the PO
• Co-ordinate incoming shipments with Receiving Department
• Ensure all claims for defective, short or wrongly priced product have satisfied with vendors
• Verify all invoices match to Purchase Orders and ensure correct pricing, terms, etc.
• Responsible for replenishment of products
• Liaison with Vendors
• Arrange freight for shipments-Provide pricing for dealers and retailers
• Assume other responsibilities as assigned by manager
• Some travel may be required
