We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate must have experience with powersports parts & accessories and sales experience is preferred either at a parts counter or sales and accessories in a dealership

Seeking a candidate with the following qualities/skills:

• Sales experience required
• Experience in the powersports industry or mechanical knowledge of powersport equipment
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new skills (including company software) to meet job expectations and requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English -Speak, Read, Write)

• Advanced computer skills (excel with the ability to learn computer programs efficiently)
• Time management skills and the ability to multitask

Core responsibilities:

• Build & maintain strong relationships with dealers and Outside Sales Reps
• Responsible for both outgoing and incoming sales calls
• Order entry and return approvals
• Working closely with an Outside Sales Representative
• Maintain and record call details in CRM
• Manage dealer backorders

Outside Sales Representative
Mid-Western District (Saskatchewan, Manitoba & Northern Ontario)

Full-Time Permanent Position

We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our team.

The sales territory is Manitoba, Saskatchewan and a portion of Northern Ontario.Any candidates would need to live in the Thunder Bay/Winnipeg area in order to travel within the sales territory.

The qualified candidate must have:

• Sales and negotiation experience in a B2B setting
• Strong people skills
• Planning and organizational skills
• Long term customer relationship management experience
• The ability to travel on road throughout BC, plan travel and strong time management skills
• Basic computer skills, Word, Excel, Customer Relations Management System
• Powersports Parts and Accessories knowledge is an asset but not required

Duties

• - Issue Purchase Orders
• - Monitor all back orders to ensure product is shipped or cancelled from the PO
• - Co-ordinate incoming shipments with Receiving Department
• - Ensure all claims for defective, short or wrongly priced product have been satisfied with vendors
• - Verify all invoices match to Purchase Orders and ensure correct pricing, terms, etc.
• -- Responsible for replenishment of products
• - Liaison with Vendors
• - Arrange freight for shipments
• - Provide pricing for dealers and retailers
• - Assume other responsibilities as assigned by manager
• - Some travel may be required

Gamma Powersports in Orillia, ON is recruiting for the position of Software Developer.

The chosen applicant will develop web-based applications to enhance our ERP system, B2C retail and B2B systems. Writing ad hoc SQL queries may be required, as well as interfacing with end users and other technical software professionals. Some technical support and application administration tasks could also be required as they relate to IT systems and web sites.

• Web development for a variety of devices (HTML)
• Use of JavaScript frameworks (Both client and server), CSS Development/Frameworks, Template Development (Liquid)
• Java Development including Source Control (git) and Test-Driven Development
• Experience with LAMP/MEAN development stack and development best practices (Magento)
• Experience with Service Oriented Architecture - web services, REST, GraphQL (Shopify)
• SQL - DB2, MySQL
• App development experience (iOS, Android) would be an asset

Gamma Powersports is looking to expand our TEAM.

Experience: General Warehouse work. You will be trained in all areas of the warehouse including shipping, receiving and inventory control. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and work well in a team setting. This is a fast-paced environment in a growing business.
