We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. The candidate must have experience with Powersports Parts & Accessories and customer service experience is preferred.

Seeking a candidate with the following qualities/skills:

• Customer Service experience preferred
• Experience in the Powersports industry or mechanical knowledge of powersport equipment
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new skills (including company software) to meet job expectations and requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English/French -Speak, Read, Write)
• Advanced Computer skills (excel with the ability to learn computer programs efficiently)
• Independent worker with strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
• Proactive approach toward problem-solving

Core responsibilities:

• Provide direct customer service assistance via telephone and emails (incoming and outgoing)
• Address general inquiries, technical support, warranty claims and product returns
• Order entry and return approvals
• Shipment tracking and filing claims with couriers
• Liaise with the Purchasing Department to process vendor returns and work with vendors on warranty issues

Salary Range: $40,000-$45,000

Specific Skills: Strong math skills, advanced excel and a good understanding of all types of Powersports Parts & Accessories.

Languages: Speak, read and write English. French would be an asset.

Duties:

• Issue Purchase Orders
• Monitor all back orders to ensure product is shipped or cancelled from the PO
• Co-ordinate incoming shipments with Receiving Department
• Ensure all claims for defective, short or wrongly priced product have satisfied with vendors
• Verify all invoices match to Purchase Orders and ensure correct pricing, terms, etc.
• Responsible for replenishment of products
• Liaison with Vendors
• Arrange freight for shipments
• Provide pricing for dealers and retailers
• Assume other responsibilities as assigned by manager
• Some travel may be required

Salary:

$45,000-$50,000 per year. To be negotiated based on experience, plus Bonuses.
